يوجد بالمستشفى وحدة مخصصة لجراحات القلب المفتوح وقسطرة القلب بالإضافة إلى تخصصها في أمراض القلب والصدر والجراحة العامة والأورام والأنف والأذن والحنجرة والمسالك البولية والتوليد وأمراض النساء وطب الأطفال وحديثي الولادة وجراحة العظام والطب الباطني والعناية المركزة.
إنها أول مستشفى يقدم 15 عيادة تقدم خدمات رعاية متنقلة.
تمتلك المستشفى شبكة من المستشفيات العامة والمراكز الطبية المتخصصة والعيادات الشاملة في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية ومصر ، وقد بنت الأندلس بصمة فريدة من نوعها في كل من نطاق الخدمة والجغرافيا. تأسست مجموعة أندلسية للخدمات الطبية في عام 1984 من قبل رجل الأعمال د. درويش زقزوق ، والتي بدأت كمستشفى واحد في جدة ، المملكة العربي السعودية ؛ ونمت على مدى 36 عامًا لامتلاك وإدارة العديد من مرافق الرعاية الصحية في كل من المملكة العربية السعودية ومصر.
