Meine Reise nach Ägypten für eine Augenlaser-OP war eine bemerkenswerte Erfahrung. Schon bevor wir Deutschland verließen, wurden alle Termine sorgfältig abgestimmt. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter holte uns am Tag vor der OP vom Hotel ab und brachte uns ins Krankenhaus, wo eine umfassende Untersuchung stattfand. Der operierende Arzt, äußerst erfahren und freundlich, nahm sich die Zeit, uns alles genau zu erklären. Am nächsten Tag, dem Tag der OP, wurden wir wieder abgeholt und zum Krankenhaus gebracht. Die Flexibilität des Teams ermöglichte es uns, den OP-Termin so zu planen, dass wir die Behandlung und unseren Urlaub perfekt kombinieren konnten. Nach der OP gab es einen Kontrolltermin, bei dem unsere Werte überprüft wurden und sicher gestellt wurde, dass die volle Sehstärke erreicht wurde. Auch an diesem Tag wurden wir vom Hotel abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir die benötigten Medikamente direkt im Krankenhaus abholen konnten. Der gesamte Prozess war äußerst professionell, und wir erhielten Quittungen sowohl für die Behandlung als auch für die Fahrten. Der Anbieter war rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar und beantwortete unsere Fragen prompt. Nach unserer Rückkehr nach Deutschland erkundigten sich sowohl der Arzt als auch der Anbieter nach unserem Befinden und baten um Feedback. Alles in allem war es eine hervorragend organisierte und betreute Reise, die unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen hat.
