This came in the presence of "Olivia Todran", Ambassador of the State of Romania to Egypt, Dr. Ghada Shalaby, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Dr. Samih Amer, Advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Health Tourism, "Sergio Panda", Director of "Ana Aslan" Group, and Mouti' Ismail, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Concorde Peace Group in Egypt.


The Governor of South Sinai confirmed that the agreement comes within the framework of implementing the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to pay attention to medical tourism in Egypt, and to harness all Egyptian natural elements, including the availability of sulfurous water and sand with great therapeutic benefits in Egypt, indicating that the medical tourism sector receives great attention from the leadership. Medical tourism conference in Sharm El Sheikh


The Governor of South Sinai explained that within the framework of this interest, a number of preparatory conferences were held in preparation for the launch of the Medical Tourism Conference scheduled to be held next March in the city of Salam, Sharm El-Sheikh, and a number of visits were organized to a number of other countries to learn about the latest advanced ways and means related to the tourism sector. therapeutic, benefiting from advanced and different experiences, expertise and ideas around the world, and motivating businessmen and investors to invest in this important sector.

Fouda pointed out that this interest resulted in the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Ana Aslan Group in Egypt and the Concorde El Salam Group to establish a large therapeutic tourism resort based on the natural Egyptian therapeutic tourism components and work to benefit from them, harnessing all modern capabilities and means to serve this sector.


For her part, the Romanian ambassador to Egypt said that there are strong historical relations between Egypt and Romania, and great cooperation in various fields and sectors, noting that one of the results of this cooperation is the agreement that is now being signed between the Romanian Ana Aslan and the Egyptian Concorde Group, as well as the fraternity agreement between The city of Sharm El-Sheikh and the Roman city of Sinaia, which witnessed a great boom and progress recently, which contributed greatly to the influx of Romanian tourism to Egypt, which we look forward to strengthening further in the coming period.


For her part, Dr. Ghada Shalaby, Deputy Minister of Tourism, praised this agreement that was signed between Ana Aslan Hospital and the Concorde Group, which is the largest international institution working in this field.


She confirmed that the Ministry is very interested in the health tourism sector and that we are now working on developing a complete vision for this sector in order to place it on the marketing map for foreign tourism.


This agreement is an important step in the history of medical tourism in Egypt and on the path to building it in a correct scientific manner, in partnership with the Anna Aslan Center for Physiotherapy after the unparalleled success of the treatment method discovered by the international Romanian doctor “Ana Aslan” since 1949 AD.
